Lexington Homes Wins Three Key Awards for Architectural Design
Chicago-based Lexington Homes (www.lexingtonchicago.com) recently earned three Key Awards from the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago (HBAGC) for outstanding architectural design at Lexington Park in Des Plaines and Lexington Square in Bridgeport. Award-winning features are highlighted in a selection of townhomes currently available for immediate delivery at both communities.
Models featuring the Bristol and Warrington floor plans at Lexington Park as well as the Grant floor plan at Lexington Square earned Gold Key Awards for architectural design.
Lexington Park is located within walking distance of downtown Des Plaines and the Des Plaines Metra Station, at 1232 Harding Ave. near Western Avenue. Base-priced from the $390,000s, the three-story homes come standard with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, rooftop decks (with complete views of the Chicago skyline) and attached two-car garages.
