Bridgeport community adds more homes
Chicago-based Lexington Homes is offering two great housing options in Bridgeport — single-family rowhomes at Lexington Square2 and single-family homes at Lexington Place. The communities are adjacent to one another, both located near beautiful Donovan Park and eight blocks west of U.S. Cellular Field.
Having sold out the original Lexington Square, Lexington has now added a second phase, called Lexington Square2, located at 3630 S. Sangamon, offering an additional 24 rowhomes. The community offers two floor plans measuring 2,216 to 2,507 square feet and base-priced from $379,900. The three-story homes include three bedrooms, 2½ baths, rooftop decks with great views of the Chicago skyline, and attached two-car garages. A fourth bedroom and additional baths are available. First deliveries at Lexington Square2 will be this month.
Lexington Place, located at 37th Street and Lituanica Avenue, features nine single-family homes. Two different plans are available, measuring approximately 3027 to 3,639 square feet, with base prices starting from $459,900. First deliveries at Lexington Place are expected in late spring 2013.
The single family homes at Lexington Place come with three and four bedrooms, 2½ baths, separate living and dining rooms, eat-in kitchens with separate breakfast rooms, two-car garages that can be expanded to accommodate three cars and extra storage, large backyards and finished basements.
Both communities offer convenient proximity to downtown as well as entertainment and cultural amenities. The communities are in proximity to two lines of the "L" and a new Metra train station in the neighborhood, and are easily accessible to major expressways like Interstates 90/94 and 55.
