A new townhome community comes to Palatine
Located on Northwest Highway/Route 14 a quarter mile west of Smith Road and a half mile east of Quentin Road, Lexington Oaks of Palatine will be on a wooded site near downtown Palatine, less than a mile from the central business district along Northwest Highway and the Metra Station.
The community will offer two-story townhomes in two floor plan designs with two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, basements, and two-car garages. One floor plan features a first-floor master bedroom suite. Both designs offer large backyards and decks. Based-priced from $336,990 homes will measure approximately 1,684 to 1,817 square feet.
"These homes are a tremendous value for a modern new construction home with great finishes and features," says Jeff Benach, co-principal of Lexington Homes.
Homebuyers at Lexington Oaks will be close to shops, dining and the Metra in downtown Palatine, as well as recreation at the nearby Inverness Golf Club and Palatine Hills Golf Course, as well as the Palatine Prairie Nature Preserve.
"Mary Corbett and John Meyer were my closest contacts at Lexington Homes during the construction phase."
