Lexington Principal Jeff Bench was recently honored to be interviewed by Chicago Agent for his predictions for real estate in Chicago in 2024. Benach is often consulted for insights\u2014he has spent his career at Lexington, known as a premier name in Chicago real estate, as we\u2019ve built over 42,000 homes in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked about whether new construction will continue to grow, Benach noted the outlook is strong. Lexington is poised for another exciting year of building. He notes, \u201cWe hope to launch at least three different townhome communities in 2024\u2014one in Morton Grove, one in Northbrook, and one in Chicago\u2019s Bridgeport neighborhood. We do not take location lightly\u2014we choose communities with convenient access for travel and commuting, as well as tons of nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment. We also focus on quality and affordability, with incredible features and upgrades that come standard.
