Why did you choose Lexington? <\/strong>
There were several reasons why I chose Lexington. First, the community offered a great location, with proximity to amenities and easy access to major highways like I-88. Additionally, my friends and I found homes nearby, which allowed us to build a close-knit community. The quality of the homes and the flexibility in customization options also stood out compared to other competitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you feel about the homebuying process with Lexington? <\/strong>
I had a positive experience with the homebuilding and buying process with Lexington. The staff was helpful and answered all our questions. We also received a positive review from Kunal about the preferred lender associated with Lexington, which made the financing aspect smoother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are your favorite features of your floorplan?<\/strong>
My favorite features of the floorplan include having a corner\/end unit that allows for more sunlight and an uninterrupted view in front of the main entrance. Additionally, having a den wall in our gathering room provides versatility, serving as a home office or a guest bed when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do you like about the Lexington Trace 2 community?<\/strong>
I appreciate the location of Lexington Trace 2, which is situated conveniently near Route 59 and Butterfield. The community’s proximity to reserved forest areas and entertainment options like Topgolf adds to its appeal. Moreover, I’ve heard positive feedback about the responsive and attentive Homeowners Association (HOA) that takes good care of the homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why should people looking for a home choose Lexington?<\/strong>
People looking for a home should consider Lexington for several reasons. The community offers a desirable location, well-designed homes with customization options, and a strong sense of community.
