For the past several years, gray has been everywhere in home design. But the color is being pushed aside in favor of the more startling classic: black and white. Black makes a bold statement while going extremely well with white, everyone\u2019s new favorite base color. Using black as a base also allows designers to incorporate other favorite supporting colors, like navy and gold.<\/p>\n

Since Lexington Village is located in one of Chicago\u2019s hottest neighborhoods, Avondale, our model needed to reflect the urban location. We used these new colors to design a model home that suits red-hot Avondale perfectly!<\/p>\n
