Construction is moving along at our two newest communities, Lexington Village at Avondale and Lexington Reserve at Oak Park. Both communities offer great locations\u2014Village within the city\u2019s exciting and hot neighborhood of Avondale, and Reserve surrounded by the historic setting of the incredibly lively Oak Park.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">At both communities, the townhomes are beginning to take shape! Homebuyers can begin to imagine what their home will look like and its place in its community.
