And in the name of health and fitness, green living, and full immersion in community, being able to walk to transportation and entertainment is a huge perk. \u201cWe only build on home sites that are walkable to the train and often near commuter corridors and expressways,\u201d Benach says. \u201cOur communities also are typically walkable to popular suburban downtowns where residents can walk to restaurants and local events.\u201d<\/p>\n
