Lesher joins us with more than 18 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. In his new role, he will oversee all sales managers and associations in our communities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Lesher comes to us from the Chicago division of Taylor Morrison Home Corp, where he earned the \u201cCertified Sales Coach\u201d award in 2015 and 2016\u2014an award given to only one employee who is a top seller each year. Prior to that, he was sales representative at Ryland Homes for 14 years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8220;Todd&#8217;s incredible track record of leading sales teams and his impressive sales volume stems from his great relationship-building skills and customer service expertise,&#8221; said Jeff Benach, principal of Lexington Homes. &#8220;He is an exceptional mentor and coach to other sales professionals, and fully understands how new-home sales are made in the post-recession Chicago market.
