After a year searching for a place to live (Chicago and Suburbs), I couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Lexington Homes.  When walking through the models, we couldn't believe the value and space offered.  It doesn't matter which model you go with, because they all have so much quality.  To be 27 and own a 2,000 sq ft home with hardwood floors and granite counter-tops is something of a rarity.  When my friends come over expecting to walk into just another town-home, they stop and say, "This is a real house!"  They ask to spend the night because our 2nd bedroom is bigger than their entire apartment.  I couldn't tell you how many people compliment the floors and layout.  My mother would buy one today if it was a ranch style.  At the end of the day, I would buy a Lexington Home 99 out of 100 times (assuming I have a 1% chance at winning the lottery).  I couldn't be happier knowing I have a safe home and a safe neighborhood to start a family.
